Laser Express, a Madison-based printer supply company on Stewart Street is being wooed by Middleton officials according to madison.com.

The company currently has two operations: a 38,000-square-foot location on Stewart Street, and a 45,000-square-foot warehouse in Waunakee that it rents. The company wants to consolidate both into a $7.3 million, 60,000-square-foot building that would include 10,000 square feet of office space and 50,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space.

The Middleton City Council has reportedly granted $1.3 million in developer-financed tax increment financing for a consolidated office, plant, and warehouse space just off Airport Road. The Council will weigh final approval on June 7.
