As projected, Lands’ End Inc. reported a net loss of $94.8 million ($2.96/share) in its last fiscal quarter of 2016, which ended Jan. 27.
A year ago, the Dodgeville company posted a net loss of $39.5 million ($1.23/share). Revenue fell to $458.8 million from $473.5 million the year before, a drop of 3.1%.
The company beat analyst projections on adjusted earnings per share by 6 cents but revenue came up $590,000 short.
The company’s new CEO, Jerome Griffith, started this month.
