Hovde Properties broke ground on The Lamphouse in Waunakee in May, a mixed-use development that will offer 101 apartments and 21,000 square feet of commercial space.
The $21 million complex on East Main Street will offer studios through three-bedroom apartments and have underground parking.
It is expected to open in the summer of 2019, according to a Waunakee Tribunearticle.
