Wisconsin-based Lakeland Care Inc. (LCI), an organization focused on programs that care for and inspire communities, is joining with Pyx Health to provide free compassionate support for all caregivers statewide.
Caregivers in the Pyx program will receive:
- Free, unlimited calls to the trained staff who understand the challenges of caregiving;
- Activities and tools to support caregivers and help them feel less alone; and
- Access to resources like support groups, mental health resources, and community resources.
Pyx Health Caregivers Program is an app that provides 24/7 companionship, self-management tools, and access to resources and screenings. Caregivers can sign up for the Pyx Health program using the code “lakeland.” The app is free for all caregivers in Wisconsin to download and use. No affiliation with Lakeland Care is required.
