Lake Ridge Bank announced it has moved the bank’s support center to Cross Plains as of Oct. 2. The change brings additional operations and increases the number of associates in the Cross Plains area to more than 60.
The Lake Ridge Bank Support Center is based at 1205 Main St. Formerly a retail branch office open to the public, the location was updated to provide behind-the-scenes bank-wide support, plus access to safe deposit boxes by appointment.
Lake Ridge Bank will maintain and expand lobby service, drive-through access, and full-service banking support at two other locations in Cross Plains, adding more local access for services like mortgage lending, wealth management, ag lending and crop insurance, and business banking.
The two other Lake Ridge Bank locations in Cross Plains include:
- Cross Plains at 2615 Westview Court, providing full-service banking that includes mortgage lenders, business banking professionals, and wealth management experts; and
- Cross Plains Motor Plus at 2535 Main St., which has expanded to provide both lobby and drive-thru services.
