The Madison Plan Commission has unanimously approved a development for 121 E. Wilson St. that would include high-density housing, food vendors, and publicly accessible space to the Lake Monona waterfront, according to a Capital Timesreport. The 14-story, 337-unit project by Quad Capital Partners and local architects will include three levels of underground parking, 19,445 square feet of first-floor retail space, and 10,400 square feet of first-floor terrace space. Under the development plan, the units will be rented at market-rate prices.
