The new Campus Neighborhood Association led by students hopes to secure a larger role in development projects in Madison neighborhoods with large concentrations of students, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.

The organization encompassing the State Street-Langdon Street area south of campus was formed after students rallied around the opposition to the Hub II real estate development at 126 Langdon St.
