East side French bistro La Kitchenette is set to close June 16, according to The Capital Times.
The cafe, run in a renovated house at 805 Williamson St., elected for closure approaching its lease renewal this summer after six and a half years of operation under current chef Virginie Ok.
Rising prices and issues stemming from the pandemic era are cited as additional factors in the decision to close.
