There are lessons for the nation to learn in Wisconsin health care. That’s what Texas professor Leonard Berry thinks.
It’s why he dedicated three months last year to study three health care organizations: Gundersen Lutheran in La Crosse, Bellin Health in Green Bay and ThedaCare in Appleton.
Berry, professor of marketing at Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and professor of humanities in medicine at Texas A&M Health Science Center, presented his findings Tuesday.
“There’s a story in Wisconsin that needs to be told,” he said.
