Madison-based Stop-N-Go Convenience Centers, which encompasses 34 Wisconsin stores, will soon be owned by LaCrosse-based Kwik Trip, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. Kwik Trip plans to keep some stores under the existing Stop-N-Go brand while remodeling and rebranding some of the larger stores as Kwik Trips.

The acquisition is scheduled to be completed in December. Kwik Trip owns and operates more than 700 stores in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.
