The 84-year-old west side butcher shop and grocery store, Knoche’s Food Center, at 5372 Old Middleton Road, is now on the market, according to a story from the Capital Times. Co-owners Steve and Stephanie Knoche have been working on selling the business since before it was publicly listed. Steve Knoche’s grandparents started the shop in 1938 and it subsequently taken over by his father and uncles. Nearly 25 years ago, Steve and Stephanie Knoche became the sole owners.
