Madison-based KMA Bodilly CPAs & Consultants acquired Madison Bookkeeping and Tax Service Inc. of Monona on Dec. 1. Terms were not disclosed. The two entities will continue to operate separately under their current names and at their current locations. KMA Bodilly is located at 525 Junction Road #8200 in Madison while Madison Bookkeeping will remain at 6200 Gisholt Drive in Monona.
