Kimberly-Clark to purchase Kenvue in deal worth about $50 billion

Kimberly-Clark announced Monday it would purchase Kenvue for $48.7 billion, according to a CNBC report.

The companies sell brands like Huggies, Kleenex, Band-Aid and Tylenol, and 10 brands worth a billion dollars. 

The purchase is expected to happen in the latter half of 2026 and is the largest acquisition on Wall Street this year.
