Kanto Fiesta hosted a soft opening on Dec. 27 and a grand opening on Jan. 10 at its new permanent residence at the Global Market on 2161 Zeier Road, Madison 365 reports.
The Filipino establishment started out as a pop-up food vendor in South Madison before attending city-wide events like the Taste of Madison.
It became popular serving Filipino BBQ, roasted pig, sizzling pork belly and fried spring rolls called lumpia.
Kanto Fiesta completely sold out of food during its grand opening.
