Bill Kaminski, local Cost Cutters franchisee, announced the opening of a second location in Monroe, marking his 50th salon across southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Number 51 is scheduled to open soon in Mt. Horeb. Kaminski is the largest Cost Cutters Family Hair Care franchisee in the nation.
