Social services organization JustDane will revive its annual Jazz for Justice event this year at Cafe CODA, 1224 Williamson St. in Madison, on May 8 from 6-10 p.m. The musical event will celebrate another year of JustDane’s impact on the Dane County community and feature the bands of Hanah Jon Taylor, a jazz saxophonist and flutist, and Dee Alexander, the host of Sunday Jazz.
JustDane will also present its Visionary Award to Corkey and Betty Custer in recognition of their lifelong investment in Dane County’s nonprofit community through service, advocacy and philanthropy.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. on the night of the event. There will be live jazz and hors d’oeuvres. Tickets are available here.
