The South Central Wisconsin MLS Corp. published June 2018 information and perhaps not surprisingly, Dane County’s results represent more of the same. Inventory of single-family homes and condos is lower than a year ago, and prices continue to rise. In June, there were 1,013 sales, down from 1,095 in 2017. Over the past three years, Dane County’s average sale price has risen from $287,293 in June 2016 to $324,677 in 2018 as a result of low inventory.
