After 22 years on Madison’s near east side, Jolly Bob’s, a Caribbean-themed restaurant at 1210 Williamston St., will shut its doors on Dec. 6. It has already closed its kitchen. A report in The Cap Times said the restaurant has been struggling since 2009.
