Taiwan-based Johnson Health Tech, a fitness equipment manufacturer with its global product development, marketing, and engineering divisions based in Cottage Grove, has signed an agreement to purchase Delaware-based Leisure Fitness for an undisclosed amount.
Leisure Fitness is a specialty fitness retailer with 27 stores along the east coast of the U.S.
