A quarterly Gallup survey conducted late last year shows that the job market is not very bright at the moment, the Associated Press reported.
Only 28% of workers surveyed said it was a “good time” to find a quality job, with 72% saying it is a bad time.
In 2022, 70% surveyed said it was a good time to find a job.
While unemployment is low, there is a hiring drought, with new jobs being hired to stay low in recent months.
