Jazz music will get a permanent home in Madison when Hanah Jon Taylor’s Café CODA opens on Sept. 8 at 1224 Williamson St. It is the culmination of a dream for Taylor, a jazz saxophonist, music educator, and impresario.
According to a release, Café CODA will be a listening space dedicated to the presentation of traditional, contemporary, and creative music. Workshops and master classes will be offered, and live performances will be held Wednesday through Saturday nights featuring regional, national, and international acts.
