The State of Wisconsin will receive $89 million from the Internal Revenue Service as part of a legal settlement.

According to a Wisconsin State Journal report, a Texas judge ruled in favor of Wisconsin and five other states that filed suit in 2015 against a requirement for states to pay a health insurance provider’s fee related to the Medicaid program to help fund the Affordable Care Act in 2010.

The ruling means the IRS must return a total of $839 million to Wisconsin, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, and Texas.
