Intuitive Biosciences Inc., makers of protein analysis tools for the life sciences industry, has raised nearly half of a proposed $2.9 million offering, according to a filing with federal securities regulators.
The Madison company raised $1.3 million from five investors, the SEC filing noted, bringing the total amount the company has raised in just over two years to $2.4 million.
