A residential and commercial development coming to Monona and set to break ground on Broadway Street on Oct. 15 will have a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, Oct. 20, according to The Herald-Independent and McFarland Thistle.
The project from Lithosphere LLC will have 3,200 square feet of commercial space, 29 apartments, and 16 live-work condos packaged with the commercial space. The live-work condos are aimed at ensuring business owners can always be within operating distance of their offices or stores.
Lithoshere recently completed a similar project in downtown Madison at 216 S. Hamilton St. It was Dane County’s first building to offer live-work condos.
