As Pokémon card prices rise, burglaries (and even counterfeits) are on the rise.  

CNN reported that hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of cards have been stolen from homes and shops selling the cards.  

Card values have jumped by more than 145% in the last year, and the Pokémon card business hit $450 million in January
