Impact Networking LLC, a tech company with over 800 nationwide employees and offices in Madison, Appleton, Milwaukee, and Green Bay, is transitioning to new leadership. Michael Lepper will be the company’s new chief executive officer, and Anthony Cucco its chief operating officer. Lepper and Cucco will form Impact’s executive leadership team along with Jeff Miller, chief financial officer.
Co-founder and former CEO Frank Cucco stepped down to join the newly established board of directors. The board also includes co-founder and former President Dan Meyer, former Executive Vice President Tom Pieters, and Timothy Weilandt.
