Lightbank, a venture capital firm based in Chicago, has raised just under $3 million for Madison-based PerBlue, a mobile gaming company. PerBlue, which says more than 10 million people play its games (Parallel Kingdom, Greed for Glory, Boardtastic), will use the funding for marketing and growth. Since its launch in 2008, PerBlue has raised more than $5 million in equity and debt-based financing.
