Iconica and developer Anthony Gray have partnered on Gray’s first project, The ADDI, on University Avenue in Middleton. The building will include 39 housing units from studios to two-bedrooms. Twenty percent of the apartments (about eight) will be targeted for workforce housing while the remainder will be offered at market rate. A spring 2020 completion date is targeted.
