Iowa-based Hy-Vee is planning a Hy-Vee HealthMarket selling fresh, organic healthy foods and drinks, sports and nutritional supplements and skin products, and offering a pharmacy, health care clinic, and fitness studio, as well, according to a Wisconsin State Journalstory.
Hy-Vee owns about six acres of land near the booming Prairie Lakes business development in Sun Prairie. The grocery chain opened a similar store in West Des Moines last year, and could open as many as 60 around the country. Already approved by the city, construction begins in April.
A Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh convenience store with fuel pumps will also go up on the property.
