Hy-Vee is hoping to offer local beer and wine selections at a full-service restaurant within the grocery store the chain is building at Westgate Mall. The restaurant would be separated from the grocery store by glass walls. If the City Council approves the liquor license, the Westgate location would be the chain’s third full-service restaurant in the country. It would also feature appetizers, big-screen TVs, a wait staff, daily dinner menus, and a Sunday brunch.
