HVAC company launches training program

Sun Prairie-based Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning has launched an internal HVAC training program to develop tradespeople in the industry, according to a statement from the company. The program, Cardinal University, is a 26-week, paid training program that consists of classroom, lab, real-world, and virtual reality training. It is open to recent high school graduates and workers looking to make a career change. After completing the program, students will have the opportunity to be hired as a residential installation or service technician with Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning.
