Hub II plans denied again

For a second time, the Madison Plan Commission has denied a proposal for Core Spaces Development Hub II apartment, according to a Capital Times report. The plans for the seven-story, 106-unit building for 126 Langdon St. were denied conditional use permits because the project failed to meet several key requirements, and the Plan Commission felt the building was out of scale with adjacent buildings and did not enhance the character of the area.
