The Madison Plan Commission on June 8 approved the 12-story Hub Madison II project proposed by developer Core Campus.
Hub II, located at 510 University Ave., is slated to have 11,740 square feet of commercial and flex space, 367 apartments, and parking for 152 cars, 66 mopeds, and 408 bicycles, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The apartments are aimed at young professionals and students.
The first floor will also feature 10 retail spaces for businesses such as Colectivo Coffee, Naf Naf Grill, Glaze Teriyaki Grill and Goodness, and a fresh food and juice bar.
The new development sits across West Gilman Street from Core Campus’ original 12-story Hub Madison project, that’s now being completed at the corner of North Frances and State streets.
