Core Spaces, which brought two large, mixed-use student housing complexes to the UW–Madison campus area, is now eyeing a third.

The Hub II complex would be built on a narrow but vacant lot at 126 Langdon St., according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.

As currently proposed, it would be a five-story student housing complex and step up to seven floors on a portion of the building. The developer would need to get a conditional use permit for the additional two floors.

The building would also add a rooftop pool and other amenities to what has for decades been the UW’s fraternity and sorority row. In 2015, Core Spaces opened the 313-unit Hub at 437 N. Frances St., and two years later, The James (366 units) at 432 W. Gorham St.
