Plans for The Hub at Madison II, a proposed high-rise apartment at 500 University Avenue, has been temporarily delayed by the Urban Design Commission while its project managers work on design revisions.
According to The Daily Cardinal, Hub II, with 295 apartments, a rooftop pool, and sand tennis court, would be located just across from the first Hub, which is well under way on State Street.
Both are slated to stand 12 stories tall.
