The Madison Plan Commission has denied developer Core Spaces the application for a demolition and conditional use permit for its Hub 2 project at 126 Langdon St., according to a story from the Wisconsin State Journal.
The commission voted 7–1 to deny the application, stating the proposal failed to adapt to concerns from nearby residents, the Urban Design Commission, and the Plan Commission about the size of the building, setbacks, and traffic. Core Spaces could still appeal the decision to the City Council.
