Proposals to redevelop the former Truman Olson Army Reserve Center property at 1402 S. Park St. has two developers vying for the job.

Hovde Properties/SSM Health and Welton Enterprises submitted proposals that could result in the neighborhood’s priciest development.

According to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal, the companies are proposing mixed-use development with a grocery store, health clinic, retail/pharmacy, and apartments.
