The official unveiling of plans for the 14-story Hovde Properties mixed-use project at 309 W. Johnson St. is taking place today at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art. The $60 million downtown project (receiving $3 million in TIF) will include 30,000-sq.-ft. of office space for the Madison Fire Department, retail space, and 255 apartment units with access to a 7th floor dog walk and two rooftop terraces with fireplaces.
