Developer Curt Brink announced plans for a 10-story housing town and refurbished vintage building that will be the final pieces of the Archipelago Village project at 920 East Washington Ave., according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.
The building, likely to be opposed for its height, plans for 75 housing units and 5,436 square feet of first-floor commercial space. The adjacent proposal for refurbishing the Wisconsin Telephone Co. building at 946 E. Main St. would add 10,600 square feet of commercial space.
Brink is the developer of Hotel Indigo, located in the former Mautz Paint building.
