Although the number of home sales increased in April, there was a 26% decrease in new listings in Dane County, according to a report from the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin.
Homeowners have decided to hold off listing until they felt safe enough to allow showings, and this may negatively affect sales in May and June.
