If developer Tim Nietzel has his way, a Holiday Inn Express with 106 rooms could soon be built on a vacant lot at 5510 High Crossing Blvd. in Madison, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. Nietzel has also proposed building a two-story, 44,000-square-foot Gold’s Gym on the site, which formerly housed Mad City Power Sports. Approvals are being sought.
