Hope Community Capital will provide a free educational webinar focused on permanent supportive housing on May 20.
The Innovations in Affordable Housing Finance event will provide an in-depth look at S3 Housing, a new development in Madison that will create 16 homes for people experiencing chronic homelessness.
With financing secured and construction slated to begin in fall 2026, S3 Housing offers a case study for communities seeking to expand affordable housing and permanent supportive housing capacity.
“Housing for vulnerable populations demands that we get both the mission and the capital right,” Carrie Sanders, CEO and founder of Hope Community Capital, said in a statement. “The capital stack directly influences whether a project can deliver stability, dignity and quality services over time.”
The webinar is designed for affordable and supportive housing developers, homeless service and supportive service providers, architects, designers and property managers working in affordable and supportive housing.
