Hop Haus plans to expand into Fitchburg by 2020 but keep its Verona location open, according to a report in the Verona Press.
At 10,800 square feet, the Fitchburg facility would be four times as large and include an on-site restaurant at the corner of Sub-Zero Parkway and Seminole Highway.
Fitchburg’s Common Council has approved a tax-increment financing agreement with the developer, Supreme Structures.
