Hone restaurant closes after 15 months

Hone, a restaurant that opened at 708 E. Johnson St. in the former Forequarter space, has closed after 15 months in business, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport. The owner, Michael Parks, said the restaurant did not do enough business to stay viable and it did not get the federal employee retention tax credits available last year under the federal CARES Act.
