November home sales in Dane County were nearly flat compared to last year. According to the South Central Wisconsin MLS, 396 homes were sold, compared to 395 last November, marking the 29th straight month of year-over-year increases. The median price of a home in Dane County in November rose to $209,300, a 4.7% increase, and was $212,400 year-to-date through November.
