The third quarter housing report from the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin shows a 33% increase in the number of home sales in October, while Dane County is outpacing that trend at 40–45%.
Home prices throughout the region have increased by 6.9% to a median of $234,900. However, Dane County’s percentage increase is slightly below the region at 6.8%, although it maintains the highest median price of $315,000. Housing supply tightened across all regions.
