A previously strong 2020 housing market has hit a sharp decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a recent Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA) report.

Over the past few years, the Wisconsin housing market has had steady home sales, strong demand, and a limited number of homes for sale. The number of homes taken off the market between January 1 and mid-April has risen dramatically and reduced home sales growth figures.
