In 2011, there were 120 more home/condo sales than in 2010, an increase of 0.2%. The news, from the Wisconsin Realtors Association, also showed that every district it tracks showed improvement last year, with the largest increase (3.4%) seen in southeast Wisconsin. The median home price declined again, however, to $132,000, a 6.4% drop from 2010, when the median sale price was $141,000.
