Dane County’s existing home and condo sales in November increased 16% compared to November 2011, but the median sales price dropped according to the South Central Wisconsin MLS. There were 382 sales in November, compared to a year ago (329). Year-to-date through November, Dane County has recorded 5,518 sales, an increase of 26% over 2011 (4,362). The median sales price in Dane County fell 5.8% November to November, to $197,750.
