For the 28th month in a row, sales of Dane County single-family homes and condos increased year over year in October, according to the South Central Wisconsin MLS.
Sales increased 4.4%, with 496 properties sold for the month, and the median price rose to $217,398, an increase of 8.8% in Dane County compared to October 2012.
